Here is a web tool that will sort a list of keyword phrases by the number of words in each phrase. Actually, it can only sort by the number of characters in the phrases, but this is a very quick way to get it done. This is to separate the long tail keywords generated by some of the free keyword web tools available online.
So, enter your list (it can be a long list of phrases; I just tested it with over 3000 phrases) and then hover over the ‘sort’ tab title, and click ‘length’ which is second from the bottom in the drop down. Then highlight and copy the keyword phrases that are as long as what you judge to be a good length for the long tail keywords. I’m using this web tool to quickly sort a huge number of keywords that are generated at keywordshitter.com and http://tools.seochat.com/tools/suggest-tool.
